Attendance/Tardies/Early Check-out: If your child is out of school for any reason always, send a note to the teacher. If a student is out 3 or more days a doctor’s statement is required. A student is considered truant when he/she is absent 5 days in a 30 day time period. When students arrive late they miss breakfast and valuable instructional information. Please make every effort to have your child to school on-time so that he/she can transition into the school day without feeling rushed or hurried. Please keep this in mind when you schedule appointments and other scheduling concerns.
